Responsible for the management of the service project departments as well as the control group, he oversees all of the operations from estimation to completion. Working closely with his salesmen to assist with estimates and proposals, Mr. Folk also manages labor, hires contractors and purchases all of the necessary equipment, among other tasks.

A former employee of the organization between 2014 and 2015, he additionally accrued experience as a service technician with Synergy Service between 2012 and 2014. He was also employed by Nelson's Electric Inc. before being recruited to return to MRG with a promotion. Aside from his full-time commitments in the field, Mr. Folk has been active as an instructor for the Tennessee National Guard since 2001.
A graduate of Miller-Motte Technical College in Madison, Mr. Folk earned a diploma in heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration maintenance in 2013. He enlisted in the U.S. Army National Guard in 2001, serving in multiple positions from Medic to Cannoneer to Scout and also a 3 year full-time operation as Supply NCO. Mr. Folk was notably deployed to both Baghdad and Kuwait during his service.
Mr. Folk's decision to become involved in the industry was influenced by his stepfather, who was an HVAC technician. After his second deployment, he relocated to Nashville and returned to school to study the field. Mr. Folk aims to advance into a higher-level position in the coming years, perhaps as a general manager for his current organization.
