Balsamic Vinegar of Modena To Be Showcased at The South Beach Wine & Food Festival

The Consortium for the Protection of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena will exhibit for the third year at SOBEWFF in Miami, from February 24-27, 2022



    MIAMI, FL, January 31, 2022 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Balsamic Vinegar of Modena will have a major presence at one of the world's largest food and drink festivals. Consorzio Tutela Aceto Balsamico di Modena (Consortium for the Protection of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena) is participating in the 21st annual Food Network & Cooking Channel South Beach Wine & Food Festival which will return to Miami, Florida from February 24th to February 27th, 2022, for a week of star-studded showcase of the most renowned wine and spirits, producers, chefs and culinary personalities to over 65,000 avid fans and foodies.

This year, Balsamic Vinegar of Modena will sponsor and take part in several events including a brand activation at Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits Trade Day on Friday, February 25, as well as having a presence at the festival's signature Goya Foods Grand Tasting Event on Saturday, February 26th and Sunday, February 27th. Balsamic Vinegar of Modena will also be one of the sponsors of the A Taste of Italy hosted by Anne Burrell presented by Outfront Media, part of the Miami Design District Event Series, February 25th.

The presence at the SOBEWFF is part of the project "Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, the Original", focused on the U.S. market and financed by the European Union, to promote the added value of the Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, in terms of authenticity, safety, traceability, and labelling guaranteed by the European trademark protection. The campaign aims to enhance the competitiveness of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena across the United States.
