Thereafter, he acted as a senior project manager for three separate companies until 2020, whereupon he established his own project management company, The TAH Group LLC, in 2021. Mr. Hernandez obtained a Bachelor of Science in business management from Western University in 2009. Well qualified in his field, he holds an Occupational Safety and Health Administration certification.
