Mr. Hernandez has served in construction management since 1996, at which point he was employed as the director of store planning/facilities and construction at Natural Wonders. He was subsequently recruited as the senior project manager of Jones Lang LaSalle, a role in which he excelled for nearly a decade.

Between 2009 and 2018, Mr. Hernandez found success as the vice president of The CRE Group. Thereafter, he acted as a senior project manager for three separate companies until 2020, whereupon he established his own project management company, The TAH Group LLC, in 2021. In accounting for his success, Mr. Hernandez credits the influence of his various mentors, including John Solis, Jackie Horton, Dan Whisenhunt, and Rob Cockrum.

Mr. Hernandez obtained a Bachelor of Science in business management from Western University in 2009. Well qualified in his field, he holds an Occupational Safety and Health Administration certification. Looking toward the future, Mr. Hernandez intends to further develop his business and enter new markets.
