IBS Global Consulting's Managing Director to Lead U.S. Women Business Owners on an International Business Delegation to Egypt

Tonya McNeal-Weary, Founder and Managing Director of IBS Global Consulting, will lead a delegation of American businesswomen to Egypt as part of an initiative to engage more women in international trade.



    DETROIT, MI, February 12, 2022 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Tonya McNeal-Weary, Founder and Managing Director of IBS Global Consulting, Inc., a Detroit-based global management consulting firm, will lead a delegation of women business owners to Egypt to attend the Women for Success Conference – From Surviving to Thriving taking place from February 26 to March 1, 2022, in Cairo.

Organized by Business Women of Egypt 21 (BWE21), the Women for Success Conference provide unique opportunities for businesswomen and business leaders from different countries all over the world to come together to discuss new and creative ways to thrive in today's challenging business environment.

Key topics to be addressed include The Next Norm, Acceleration of Digital Tech & Analytics, Creative Ways to Access New Markets, Resilience – the Difference between Surviving and Thriving, and Ecosystem & Adaptability. The goal is to help future global female leaders meet their full potential, exchange best practices, and revive their businesses with new ideas.

The U.S. delegation represents a variety of industry sectors including, Professional Services, Digital Technology, IT, and Training and Education. These companies will have the chance to explore new business opportunities and develop new connections to expand their global network.

In addition to attending the conference, the delegation will also meet with senior government officials and prominent business leaders to engage in round table discussions and learn about business and investment opportunities in the country.
