"I went into this type of business," explains Lex with her trademark great spirit, "because I love to make and see women become more confident, and to just make them feel like they are that girl!"

Having learned the tools of her trade at the Ogle School of Hair, Skin & Nails right here in Arlington, Lex quickly found upon going into business that she was a natural at providing friendly, educational, and adaptable services for her clients to ensure that they're treated to the salon experience they deserve. "I never sell a service or product that I feel won't benefit my client. I prefer quality over quantity," says Lex, and you know she's being real.

Among her many beautifying services, Lex is known for Volume Lashes; she will sell lash aftercare kits to make sure her clients get the proper aftercare for their investments. To sweeten the deal at LLB Beauty Studio, "Every new client receives $20 off of their first service of any kind. And I do offer a referral program," adds Lex. "For every client that is referred, the client gets $5 off of a service."

One of the other ambitions that galvanized Lex to open LLB Beauty Studio via a salon suites rental was her vision of herself training and mentoring, and she plans to introduce both through her salon. "The reason why other beauty professionals should seek my training is that I want to offer a sisterhood type of environment," enthuses Lex, "and to be a mentor to those who just need guidance and help." She plans to offer Lash Extension Classes and Mentorship Programs.

Of course, Lex Will will still make time to root for the Saints. "My family's from Louisiana. So yes, that's where the Southern charm comes from."
