$40,000 Charitable Support Grant Given to Ukrainians on the Ground

    CARLSBAD, CA, March 14, 2022 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Attorney Gordon Levinson, a Director on the board of the Max and Anna Levinson Foundation, announced that the foundation just authorized $40,000 for emergency grants to be distributed equally to four carefully selected Ukrainian organizations on the ground in Ukraine. The four donor recipient organizations are:

Independent media consortium, is a network of smaller independent media and journalism outlets that came together to fundraise in order to make sure Ukrainians could continue to get reliable local news as the war intensified. The Ukrainian Ministry of Social Policy. This is the social services agency of the Ukrainian government. They have the most comprehensive infrastructure for distributing food, medicine, and other supplies in the country. This is a strictly humanitarian fund, separate from funds used for military expenses.
