He was also an assistant administrator for Sands Point Nursing and Rehab in Port Washington, New York, from 2009 until 2012, where he gained increasing responsibility in various departments and taught customer service training. Additionally, Mr. Scarione garnered expertise as a food service director and in construction prior to transitioning into the health care industry.
Mr. Scarione received an associate's degree in business and accounting from Farmingdale State College in 1985. He later earned a bachelor's degree in business in 2005 and a Master of Business Administration in business and health care administration in 2009 at Saint Joseph's College. Well qualified in his field, Mr. Scarione is a licensed nursing home administrator and a professional member of the Intercounty Health Facilities Association.
