In his effort to achieve that goal, he earned a Master of Business Administration in international business from Benedictine University and later attained a Doctor of Philosophy in education e-learning from Northcentral University in 2017. Although he planned to become an entrepreneur, Mr. LaCasse embarked on his professional career as an educator, through which he was named as the Faculty Member of the Year by the Forbes School of Business in 2012.
After serving as a teacher for nine years, Mr. LaCasse founded Sparrow Baptiste Association, a comprehensive consulting company. In his capacity as Chief Executive and Situation Analyst he is frequently communicating with colleagues and remains in contact with contract officers in Washington, D.C., as well as state and county officials nationwide. As part of its business and education commitment Sparrow Baptiste Association's directors maintain memberships in Kappa Delta Pi, the Golden Key International Honour Society, the National Society of Leadership and Success, the American Bar Association, the American Association of University Professors, the American Society of Naval Architects and Marine Engineers, and the American Association of Public Works Association.
