Marquis Who's Who Honors Gary L. Hubler with Inclusion in Who's Who in the World

A natural born leader, Mr. Hubler served as president of the Maryland State Association of the Future Farmers of America.

Now retired, Mr. Hubler enjoyed decades of success as the owner and manager of Gary's Snack Shop at the Department of Energy in the city of Germantown, MD for his shop's success and his contributions, he has earned recognition from numerous community members, who have all revered his shop. He attributes his success to hard work and the organizational skills that he garnered during his earlier tenure as a scientist.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Hubler obtained a bachelor's degree in animal science from the University of Maryland in 1974 and then was qualified as a biologist by the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, MD: Notably, in 1970 he was invited to meet former President Richard Nixon in the Oval Office at The White House and, in that same year, he was named News Carrier of the Year by The Washington Star.

A natural born leader, Mr. Hubler served as president of the Maryland State Association of the Future Farmers of America. He was also a past rush chairman for the Alpha Gamma Rho Fraternity and Inter-fraternity Council secretary for the Greek system, for which he served between 1971 and 1973. He also maintained membership with the Gate and Key Society and Kalegheos Society. He has also contributed to the American Cancer Society, Inc. In his retirement years, Mr. Hubler intends to concentrate on writing particularly within the genre of historical fiction.
