A lifelong movie buff, Stefan initially became involved with the film industry during his service in the U.S. Navy, through which he came across the filming of the 2001 American war film, "Behind Enemy Lines." Notably, he was one of two crew members who helped show the film production crew around the ship where he was stationed. Years later, Stefan moved to California to work in the entertainment field for the first time on the set of "National Treasure."
Following this period, Stefan began working as a production assistant on the television show "Crossing Jordan" and has since contributed to such shows and movies as "Hit the Floor," "Heroes," "Sons of Anarchy," "The Cape," "CSI Cyber," "Beyond the Lights" and "Nightcrawler." Since 2011, he has excelled as an assistant director on the set of the mega-hit television show "Grey's Anatomy." Supported by his considerable expertise, Stefan also serves today as a film director, writer and editor for Slyc Flicks.
Aside from his work in mainstream media, Stefan has also written and directed short films, including "Inheritance," "Manuka," "Needs of the Many" and "Based on Actual Events." Another film, "WantAd," was selected to the 2012 Eighth Annual Action on Film Festival in Monrovia, California, where "The Woman: Ice Cream, Run" was selected the following year. While his career has been filled with highlights, he is most proud to have worked on such prominent television shows as "Sons of Anarchy," "Extant" and "Grey's Anatomy."
