Adjacent to his main responsibilities in the field, Mr. Peterson participates in Galileo Foundation-sponsored trips to Peru that focus on erecting essential structures for residents and educating students in the country about building craft businesses. To commemorate his accomplishments, he has received numerous internal corporate awards. In a career filled with highlights, he is most proud of his work with Galileo Financial Technologies, LLC. When the company found itself entangled with difficulties migrating their data to the Oracle database, he wrote the script that converted all of their data into Oracle. Looking toward the future, Mr. Peterson aims to engage more in the consulting aspect of the information technology field, decrease his workload and spend more time outdoors.
