An expert in HR consulting, business process improvement, policy design and systems implementation, Ms. Robinzine has been a human resources professional for several years. Prior to embarking upon her professional journey, she earned a Bachelor of Arts in English language and literature from the University of Texas. Furthering her expertise in her field, she attained a Master of Business Administration from Capella University in 2016 and a master's degree in international human resources from Southern Methodist University.
While pursuing her education, Ms. Robinzine worked as a case management manager and senior human resources benefit analyst for the Guardian Life Insurance Company of America in 2014. She noticed there was a need for a wide variety of services in the human resources field without many companies offering those services. Consequently, she wanted to provide such services to small minority businesses who needed a range of human resources assistance but either did not have the budget for a large third-party administrator or they did not have enough employees to support it.
After attaining her masters' degrees, Ms. Robinzine became a senior human resources specialist for Levi Strauss and Co. in 2017. During her tenure, she was honored with an HR Manager Award by the company. The next year, she started working with Toyota Motor Corporation as a human resources policy adviser until becoming a human resources EDM/HRIS analyst for Boeing in 2019, where she was recognized with a Consulting Expert Award for her skillful work.
Since 2020, Ms. Robinzine has been an owner and human resources business partner for Zine and Robin HR Services. In this capacity, she is responsible for policy writing and content development for small businesses as well as benefit consulting, legal license consulting and process improvement. She consults with small businesses on process improvement, advising and guiding them regarding how to make their systems more efficient or which systems they should utilize based on their needs. She is also a human resources consultant with OperationsInc and a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
Looking toward the future, Ms. Robinzine plans to continue developing her business by adding a service where she can partner with their local crisis workforce commission. She also intends to hire more employees who can assist with several projects currently in development.
