The Pink Lotus will offer traditional and designer haircuts for men, women and children, including natural hair cutting for African-American hair. Specialized services include Keratin hair straightening, deep protein hair treatment, silk press, hair braiding and weaving, starter and re-twist locs, and wig cutting and styling. Eyelash extension, facials, and facial waxing will be available as well.

Because she cares so much about the health of her clients' hair, Nicki prefers to use all-natural products rather than the chemically enhanced hair treatments used elsewhere. Hair health is one of her specialties and she takes great pride in bringing a client's hair back to life after it has been damaged or over-processed. She teaches clients how to maintain strong and healthy hair at home and suggests alternative products for use between appointments.
