Accruing more than four decades of experience in the real estate industry, Ms. Hamberg-Magurn is the owner and broker of Real Estate Exchange (REE) in Lunenburg, Massachusetts. Established in 1990, she and her team specialize in representing buyers and sellers in residential sales. Additionally, Ms. Hamberg-Magurn focuses a portion of her business on building and selling manufactured homes with the assistance of a team of skilled professionals.
Drawing a sense of accomplishment from her long and distinguished career in the field, Ms. Hamberg-Magurn first entered the vocation at the age of 19. Shortly thereafter, she purchased her first Victorian-style home and transformed it from a two-family to a four-family dwelling before reselling it for a profit. Ms. Hamberg-Magurn also established Woodland Estates, a mobile home community that focuses on people ages 55 and above. In this capacity, she transformed the aging development into a luxury retirement community with doublewide manufactured homes. Just prior to establishing REE, Ms. Hamberg-Magurn also garnered respect as a realtor for Reynolds Realty between 1985 and 1990.
As a seasoned real estate professional, Ms. Hamberg-Magurn has expanded her services and capabilities significantly over the past few decades. Constructing her first manufactured home community with the assistance of her late brother and a small backhoe, she now fields a fleet of excavators and a large rock truck to support her business. Looking toward the future, Ms. Hamberg-Magurn aims to purchase one or two additional mobile home parks. She has also started her own YouTube page to highlight her expertise in real estate and the house-flipping industry.
Ms. Hamberg-Magurn completed coursework at Mount Wachusett Community College. She subsequently completed numerous real estate courses and seminars. Furthermore, she is a licensed real estate broker in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire, is a licensed contractor, maintains a seniors real estate specialist designation, and is a graduate of the Realtor Institute, to name a few. To remain aware of developments in her field, Ms. Hamberg-Magurn is a member of the National Association of Realtors.
During the course of her career, she has assisted more than 1,500 clients in buying and selling homes throughout Lunenburg and Worcester County. In light of her accomplishments, she has been featured in Sentinel & Enterprise, a local newspaper in Northern Worcester County, Massachusetts. Ms. Hamberg-Magurn has also been consistently named among the Top One to Three Percent of All Realtors Nationwide and featured in Top Agent Magazine.
