Ms. Denney began her career serving in the automotive industry for 35 years, after she pursued a vocation in the mortgage industry. From 2002 to present, she contributed to various mortgage organizations in a variety of roles, including the Countrywide Bank as a loan officer, the W.J. Bradley Company as a loan originator, Residential Mortgage as a loan officer and the Guild Mortgage Company as a mortgage lender. Likewise, she served as a senior loan officer for both the Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation and at Citywide Home Loans.
Since 2018, Ms. Denney has found much success as a senior loan officer at Loan Depot, and in 2021 as a partner/owner of Motto Mortgage, a local independent mortgage company. In this capacity, she specializes in conventional loans, jumbo loans, the federal housing administration loans, veteran affairs loans, the United States Department of Agriculture policies and the down payment assistance program to aid with the mortgage process. Additionally, Ms. Denney is responsible for counseling and educating her clients on the loan processes, requirements, documents, applications, calculations, credit history and qualifications.
Well regarded for her contributions to the field, Ms. Denney has received multiple awards, including the Five Star Mortgage Professional Award from Seattle Magazine every year since 2017. Long dedicated to civic advocacy, she has been active as a volunteer for the Windermere Lake Stevens Food Bank and the First Charter School in Washington State. She attributes much of her success to her caring and dedicated nature, especially in regards to her staff and clients.
