/24-7PressRelease/ - Shelton, CT, May 9, 2008, Steven Lizotte, the Director of Accounting and Financial Reporting for Tomra North America, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of accounting.

With 15 years of experience in his field, Mr. Lizotte's expertise is in general accounting and financial reporting business units in the United States and Canada. He has three years of experience as the Director of Accounting and Financial Reporting with Tomra North America. He has recently been appointed to Director of Business Support.

Mr. Lizotte attributes his success to his mother Linda and his father Gil, who put him through college and supported him growing up. He watched his father work hard as a mechanic and his mother in accounting which inspired him to work hard to reach his goals. His grandfather, George, also molded and influenced his values and is a great mentor in his life. He became involved in his profession because in his senior year of high school he took an accounting course and did well. As a result, accounting was a natural choice for his college major.

A certified firefighter in the State of Connecticut, Mr. Lizotte received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, Connecticut. Mr. Lizotte is treasurer and former president of Trumbull Volunteer Fire Company Number One in Connecticut for the past 12 years. He is also a diver with their Dive Rescue Team. He has been married to his wife Janine for five years and they have two children, Natalie and Nathan and he is included in Who's Who Among Students in American Colleges and Universities.
