Among her responsibilities, she routinely liaises with the insured, claimants, attorneys and medical facilities to verify client coverage or whether bills have been paid, in addition to being responsible for the general oversight of claim status and internal follow-ups. Having joined the company in 2007, Ms. Taylor previously served in a similar capacity at CUNA Mutual Group from 1987 until 2004, whereupon she continued to consult for the organization for three years.
Prior to embarking upon her professional journey, Ms. Taylor studied at Madison Area Technical College, where she attained an associate degree in insurance in 1980. She has been licensed as an agent in property, casualty, life and health insurance in the state of Wisconsin, and as an adjuster in the state of West Virginia. In addition to her primary vocation, Ms. Taylor is a published author of two children's books, both of which are available via Fulton Books; "The Birthday Balloon," released in 2020, and "Where are Pappa's Glasses?," written in 2022. Likewise known for her contributions to her local community, she has served as a fundraiser and annual raffle organizer for her local church since 2012.
In accounting for her success, Ms. Taylor credits the influence of several inspiring role models in the insurance industry, under whose tutelage she greatly benefited. Likewise, she attributes her dedication to hard work and her deep and abiding adherence to her Christian faith.
