Mr. Dyer has grown the company to have more than 35 full-time team members and has served associations and events in more than 25 different countries.

Fortunate to have benefited from the example of his parents, who were members of several professional organizations, Mr. Dyer learned the significance of what these professional memberships and participation in conferences meant from a young age. Through his time studying at Kansas State University, he made a decision to continue his path as an entrepreneur and start a company focused on managing conferences upon graduation. Prior to founding Conference Catalysts LLC, Mr. Dyer ran a highly successfully landscaping business for 12 years, and served as a Technical Sales & Support Representative for Surface Systems & Instruments LLC in California from 2004 to 2006.
As a committed member of his local community, Mr. Dyer has been involved with the United Way of North Central Florida since 2014. He and his team at Conference Catalysts LLC also work regularly with the Alachua County Humane Society, the local Habitat for Humanity, and Peaceful Paths during the holiday season, which is an organization that serves victims of domestic abuse. Furthermore, Mr. Dyer is an active member of the Gainesville Chamber of Commerce.
In preparation for his career, Mr. Dyer received a Bachelor of Science in Finance at Kansas State University in 2006. To remain abreast of changes in his field, he is a member of Meeting Professionals International and the Professional Convention Management Association.
Throughout the course of his career, Mr. Dyer has been recognized as one of 22 Meeting Pros to Watch by Convention South Magazine.
