Coming from a long line of industry leaders as a fourth-generation real estate professional in the field, Mr. Leveto's father notably started Realty Atlanta in 1986, which was subsequently rebranded from a single brokerage to Realty Companies and now serves all of Florida, Georgia, Alabama, North and South Carolina, and Tennessee. Mr. Leveto's grandfather was also a well-known residential real estate developer in Atlanta for more than 40 years.
Projected to double sales this year, Mr. Leveto has already secured more than two dozen deals in 2022, including one that has been recognized as the largest residential land transaction in all of the southeast. Looking toward the future, he aims to continue expanding the business by opening three additional locations before the end of this year, as well as another 10 locations throughout the U.S. in 2023. Furthermore, Mr. Leveto plans to continue managing and providing mentorship to his agents and serving as a reliable partner in their ability to secure deals.
In addition to his daily responsibilities as COO, Mr. Leveto founded Leveto Properties LLC as its principal in 2019. In this capacity, Mr. Leveto purchases apartment complexes and serves as a landlord for renters in select markets, while striving to provide investors with substantial returns on their investments.
Choosing to work in real estate, Mr. Leveto noted, was due to his desire to be free to make better choices with regard to his finances. Despite it being a very competitive field, one that requires a lot of hard work and diligence, he believed it would be a perfect platform for him to excel and reach his goals. In addition to contributing long hours and having to persevere, Mr. Leveto relied on mentorship from other industry leaders to gain better insight and perspective. As he continually advanced in his own career, he also began mentoring others as a way to not only give back but also elevate his career.
Mr. Leveto notably completed sales courses at Kennesaw State University and Cardone University and is a licensed real estate agent in the state of Georgia.
