SAN DIEGO, CA, September 17, 2022 /24-7PressRelease/ -- American Windsong Music is proud to release an old-school-rockin' single, Better Forget Her by the veteran singer. songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and producer, Ken Lehnig. Better Forget Her is a cut from Ken's upcoming new album, Between Us, due for release in early December.

When asked about the inspiration for Better Forget Her, Ken explained, "My first band in high school, in 1964, was named Somethin Nu. We were pretty popular playing high schools, middle schools, and military bases, playing re-arranged covers and a few tunes that I had written. Better Forget Her was written and produced with the popular songs of that time in mind. John Hildebrand, my longtime friend, bass player, engineer, and partner, and I had so much fun performing and recording this track that it was hard to not be tickled by some of the musical choices made in the song. I hope that my fans and new fans enjoy it as much as we enjoyed performing it. Play it loud and dance The Jerk (Look it up)."
