Ekole's career journey is characterized by immense growth -- from working at McDonald's to being a Clinical Pharmacist to owning a retail pharmacy to being a well celebrated top performing Director of a hospital pharmacy, to being a Senior Clinical Consultant for Physician Engagement for a Fortune 100 company, to being a frequent speaker at the Harvard Global Health Catalyst Summit.
Ekole noticed a collaborative disconnect between professionals at all levels. She realized that the real key to changing a mammoth system in this relational age lies in relating to others from an interpersonal and interprofessional level. It was this realization that led her to coin Double Rhodium Rule®, which states, "Know yourself, understand others and inspire them in ways they do not even know they can be inspired without asking 'how.'"
