With more than 30 years of excellence to his credit as a chef, Mr. Areh has found success as an executive chef for his own company, Areh's Rental Chef. In this capacity, he focuses his efforts on preparing meal menus. He has also worked for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers for more than a decade as an executive chef. Prior to his current roles, he began his career working with Siemens under the mentorship of Brett Lawrence, who initially discovered Mr. Areh's culinary talents and encouraged him to steer his career path accordingly.
Prior to embarking on his professional journey, Mr. Areh earned a Bachelor of Science in computer science and an Associate of Arts in culinary arts from Le Cordon Bleu, an international culinary school that teaches French cuisine. Well-qualified in his field, he gained certification as an executive chef at the Culinary Institute of America. In recognition of his excellent work, he won second place in the Taste of Atlanta competition in 2006. He has also been honored with multiple awards from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers for his service.

Originally hailing from West Africa, he came to the United States to pursue engineering, but found he greatly enjoyed working in the kitchen. Within the coming years, he intends to open his own fine dining establishment – one that is distinct from his current business.
