LONDON, ENGLAND, November 04, 2022 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Social justice movement – Who is Hussain? To host second annual 'She Inspires Me' conference on Saturday November 19th.

The event will explore the growing crisis on our streets for women impacted by homelessness and discuss it within the inspiring context of the story and legacy of Lady Zaynab bint Ali who demonstrated what women can achieve in the face of considerable adversity. All proceeds from the event will go towards The Shoebox Project for Women UK, and support women suffering this winter on London's streets.

Speakers include (but are not limited to) authors Taher Adel, Zahraa El Kabengi, London social hero Verral Paul – Walcott, and Domestic Abuse Commissioner Amelia Barlow.

Suffering oppression and injustice, Lady Zaynab left a legacy that inspires millions of people around the world today. This special event aims to draw examples of her strength and use this lens to focus on the increase in women impacted by homelessness today, considering the myriad of contributing factors in this ever-growing concern. Alongside roundtable discussions there will be a raffle, interactive activities and live Q&A discussion sessions with speakers.

Tickets for the event on Saturday 19th November from 1-6pm are now available on Eventbrite for £20. All proceeds will be used to share empathy, compassion and kindness with the women of London impacted by homelessness through the collection and distribution of gift-filled shoeboxes and messages of support.
