Now retired from law enforcement, Mr. Soler served as a police officer from 2005 until 2019. While working in public service, he also had the opportunity to work as a K-9 officer. As the chief executive officer and master trainer of his training facility, he is passionate about helping clients and their canines develop better relationships in the home. Offering various training packages at his two brick-and-mortar locations, he also has several online programs by way of Dog Owner University, as well as puppy training books and other helpful products. Additionally, Mr. Soler frequently hosts seminars where attendees can learn various intensity, reality-based training, problem-solving skills, and other techniques.

As a former volunteer firefighter and emergency medical technician, Mr. Soler has been adamant about building a rapport and a stronger community through his work.
Throughout his career, he has collaborated with several nonprofit and civic organizations. Among them, he has worked with Heroes Rescue and Puppies Are Worth Saving. As the owner of Blue Link K-9 Inc., he has also taught various tactical skills to both the fire department and local law enforcement. Furthermore, Mr. Soler has provided free training services to those organizations that donate rescue dogs to area police departments.
Mr. Soler's career in dog training began by accident. After adopting a German Shepherd named Bruno upon returning from his military service, he enrolled him in several basic dog training courses. Quickly becoming fascinated by the process, he eventually began studying the field. Mr. Soler has become a Certified National Trainer in the field and studied business under Darren Hardy and Dave Ramsey to expand his company to new heights.
Mr. Soler notably served his country in the U.S. Marine Corps in both the U.S. and Iraq from 2001 to 2004. To remain aware of developments in his current field, he is a member of the Northeastern Maryland Kennel Club, the International Canine Association, the Association of Pet Dog Trainers and the Pet Boarding Association. In light of his achievements as an officer of the law, Mr. Soler received several local awards. He is also a recognized Eagle Scout.
