Drawing on years of practiced experience, as well as his personal background, Mr. Jarreau excels as the founder and president of DeafBlind Community of Mississippi, which he established in 2015. In 2000, he was involved in an accident that left him without his ability to see and hear. Due to his outstanding achievements, he was honored with a National Recognition through the Helen Keller National Center.
