She named her company Heaven Sent because she believes it is a divine gift to be able to help people achieve one of the seven holy sacraments, matrimony.
Ms. Maddox attributes her success to her unyielding focus on her clients; she takes pride in helping brides-to-be navigate the complexities and challenges of arranging their special day. Her efforts have resulted in her being named one of International Association of Destination's Wedding Professionals of the Year and a six-time Wedding Planner of the Year. She was also named Wedding Specialist of the Year USA, Wedding & Honeymoon Specialist of the Year and a Top Five Best Wedding Planner of Philadelphia. Ms. Maddox holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Temple University and an associate degree from Manor College. She is a member of the International Society of Female Professionals, Mexican Tourism Board of Directors, Association of Bridal Consultants and International Association of Destination Weddings. She is a graduate of the Temple University Wedding Planning and Consulting Program and is certified in wedding planning, event planning and meeting planning. In the future, she would like to plan more international weddings in places like Italy, Dubai, Morocco and Costa Rica.
