Hailing from more than 30 years of experience in the credit union industry, Ms. Roch serves as the chief executive officer and president of Credit Union West, a nonprofit financial cooperative that strives to provide products and services that will help each member in the local community expand the scope of their financial sustainability and success. In this capacity, Ms. Roch handles membership concerns and formulates strategies regarding the current and future viability of the organization. Previously, she worked at Arizona Central Credit Union for 10 years, culminating as HR manager for the last five years with the company.
Ms. Roch first sought a formal education at Glendale Community College, where she engaged in general studies. Following this period, she earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in business administration and management from Arizona State University. Ms. Roch subsequently attended Grand Canyon University, from which she attained a Master of Business Administration in 2018.
Outside of her primary endeavors, Ms. Roch serves as a member of the board of the Fighter Country Foundation, a nonprofit social welfare organization that seeks to support the service members of Luke Air Force Base, as well as their families.
Though her professional journey has been filled with memorable moments, Ms. Roch is particularly proud to have been listed among the Most Influential Women in Arizona by AZ Big Media in 2022. In accounting for her success, she credits the knowledge she has accrued by starting her career in human resources, which played an integral role in the development of her ability to empathize with others. Looking toward the future, Ms. Roch hopes to continue expanding the scope of Credit Union West and make the nonprofit organization more accessible to members.
