TULSA, OK, December 23, 2022 /24-7PressRelease/ -- In The Art of Emotional Resilience, author Molly Dahl discusses what emotions are, why we have them, and what we can do to enjoy more of the positive ones. She shares what we can do to understand, and change, the powerful negative emotions which sometimes run away with our logical thinking and good behavior. Dahl acknowledges we all have emotions and that we can, through personal effort, overcome the not-so-nice ones and create more of the positive ones.

The book is a guide to help a reader find the inner strength to make some changes, to live a life of thriving and flourishing. Based on the research and practices from the fields of positive psychology and emotion science, Dahl provides several tools and interactive exercises to guide the reader through an exploration of your emotional landscape.
