Since establishing his restaurant in 2015, Mr. Anvarov has expanded from a 1,450-square-foot building to a 3,500 square-foot space. Dedicated to sharing his heritage with others through food, he serves a wide range of stews and curries including Ghormeh Sabzi and Fesenjoon, beef, chicken, lamb, and seafood kebabs, and homemade baklava. An expert in his field, Mr. Anvarov expanded upon his knowledge by earning a bachelor's degree from Bellevue University in 2010.
