ZURICH, SWITZERLAND, February 01, 2023 /24-7PressRelease/ -- A highly respected pro-Israel organization has sent a letter to entrepreneur and philanthropist Mikhail Peleg, thanking him for his lifelong commitment to Israel and the Jewish people. Throughout his life, Mikhail Peleg has been actively involved in Jewish affairs for many years.
As a regular participant of the Israeli Jewish Congress, Peleg has consistently supported the relocation of Jews who seek refuge and to build a future in the Jewish state of Israel. This is not the first time he has been lauded for his commitment to the Jewish state.
In 2019, Mikhail Peleg received a letter from a highly respected pro-Israel organization, thanking him for his tireless efforts on behalf of the Jewish people. The letter extended appreciation to Mikhail Peleg for his efforts on behalf of the Jewish people and the State of Israel:
"Your role, in helping create the Israeli Jewish Congress, as well as other important causes, is admirable. As the new calendar year approaches, we look forward to working with individuals such as yourself who help strengthen the ties with Israel," the letter said.
In light of Mikhail Peleg's important contributions to the Jewish community in Europe, and the US-Europe-Israel trilateral relationship, he was invited to attend the organization's annual leadership conference as a senior European pro-Israel leader where he would be joined by thousands of pro-Israel activists from Europe, the United States, and other countries around the globe.
Mikhail Peleg expressed that he feels very honored to receive this recognition. Mikhail Peleg continues to dedicate his time and energy to building bridges between Israel, the United States, the European Union, and Canada. He underscored that only by working together and collaborating on shared goals, can we create a brighter future for all of us.
Previously, the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs awarded Mikhail Peleg with a certificate of appreciation in recognition of his sustained efforts to improve cordial ties between Germany and Israel. Peleg expressed his gratitude to the Israeli and German governments for their significant contributions to the growth of amiable relations between the countries.
Earlier this year, Mikhail Peleg was also honored with being among the inaugural attendees of a special Jewish music history exhibit in Copenhagen, created in collaboration between the Hebrew Music Museum in Jerusalem and the Israeli Embassy in Copenhagen. Peleg commented on the cultural significance of the exhibition and underscored the importance of telling the little-known history of Jewish music.
