The organization was founded based on his 2011 discovery that cancer can be cured through a protocol that modifies glucose by replacing hydrogen in glucose molecules with sodium or potassium. During an earlier stage of his career, Dr. Jeong conducted studies that led to the discovery of a strange phenomenon in dipole gravity in 1995. He disseminated his findings one year later in an article in Physica Scripta, which is an international scientific journal published by the Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences for theoretical and experimental physics.
Dr. Jeong garnered an extensive education, having received a Bachelor of Science in physics at Yon-Sei University in Seoul, South Korea, in 1980, followed by a Master of Science in elementary particle physics at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor in 1983 and a Doctor of Philosophy in physics at the University of Texas in Austin in 1990. As an elementary particle physics postgraduate student at the University of Michigan, Dr. Jeong was greatly influenced by the lectures of Dutch physicist and Nobel laureate, Dr. Martinus Veltman. Although he transferred to the University of Texas, he remained fascinated by the subject.
To support his academic endeavors, Dr. Jeong participated in and won a First Prize Award in a prestigious competition in South Korea, which included a full scholarship for postgraduate studies at a university in the U.S. He also received a scholarship from the University of Michigan and the University of Texas.
