Mrs. Lindsay initially began her entrepreneurial journey as a certified windsurfing instructor in Maui, Hawaii and owner of a International Windsurfing School, WindRose in Ellsworth, Maine in the early 1980's. In 1988 she acquired a small business in Networking Relationship Development where she was also the editor of a motivational publication. Through networking Mrs. Lindsay connected with Thomas Leonard, founding father of professional life coaching who became her personal business coach. In the early 1990's Mrs. Lindsay relocated from Maui, Hawaii to Houston, Texas where she completed her certification as a life coach.
Mrs. Lindsay then garnered expertise as a sales manager at The Houstonian Hotel, Club and Spa. During this time, she sought a referral for a colon hydro-therapist for her personal various acute health conditions where in 1994, she met her greatest mentor, the late Dr. DicQie Fuller, who authored "The Healing Power of Enzymes" and served as a trailblazer in enzyme therapy and biochemical individualism. Colon hydrotherapy and Dr. Fuller's science-based body typing & enzyme therapy changed Mrs. Lindsay's overall health and well-being and her innovative methods of healing truly inspired Mrs. Lindsay.
Mrs. Lindsay became a certified colon-hydro therapist and in 1999 Devra and her husband Adam, of 28 years, would acquire a colon hydrotherapy practice and grow it into being distinguished as one of the largest centers in the United States utilizing HYDRO-SAN PLUS closed gravity flow systems, the best state-of-the-art hydrotherapy equipment on the market.
Well regarded for her contributions to the field, Mrs. Lindsay has been recognized and acknowledged for her accomplishments including the Fuller Journey Award from the Transformation Enzymes corporation in 2021. In 2022 at Transformation Enzyme Therapy Seminar, a tribute to Dr. Fuller's legacy, Mrs. Lindsay was a speaker and presented How to Improve Client Outcomes Using Enzyme Therapy and Biochemical Individualism. Moreover, she has been featured in the CanvasRebel Magazine in 2022 and recognized as a Small Business Entrepreneur by the Voyage Houston Magazine in 2020.
