Decker & Co. Completes Overnight Share Placements in Thai and Indonesian Firms

    SAN FRANCISCO, CA, February 23, 2023 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Institutional equities broker Decker & Co. completed two share placements with global investment funds this month, for Selamat Sempurna (SMSM IJ) and Jay Mart (JMART TB).

On February 7, Decker completed an overnight placement in Selamat Sempurna, an Indonesian automotive parts firm and largest manufacturer of auto filters in the region. The transaction added three global funds to the firm's investor base. "SMSM has been a darling of the market for many years, having increased sales consistently since the 1990s," said Mark Decker, founder and CEO of Decker & Co. On February 16, Decker completed an overnight placement in Jay Mart of approximately 25 million USD. The transaction added two global investment funds to the firm's shareholder base.
