VANCOUVER, BC, February 26, 2023 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Darren and Mike, the successful online mentoring duo as well as big MLM marketers (the Darren and Mike MLM have a strong downline), recently joined Samantha Hind on her YouTube podcast channel Direct Selling Accelerator to share many things about themselves.
These include their backgrounds in online marketing, how they found themselves in the direct selling industry, their values and philosophy for running a business, and how they found such huge success in a fairly short period of time.
As well as what are some of the methods (and tools and technologies) that online business entrepreneurs of today should adopt to scale their businesses quickly.
'Attitude is Altitude'
When asked about how they were able to achieve so much success in such a short period of time, both Darren and Mike made it clear that they firmly stand by the old mantra "Attitude is Altitude."
In other words, it is your attitude, your behavior, and how you interact with other people. These things determine how much success you will achieve in your life.
Relating their own experience, the duo remarked that they had no sponsors or received no guidance at all when they were totally new to the Direct Selling industry. Somebody got them into it and then it was a case of 'recruit and run' as they were left totally on their own.
Now, although this actually proved a blessing in disguise for Darren and Mike, the duo asserts that in their roles as both MLM marketers and online mentors, they never leave either their recruits or clients in the dark.
On the contrary, they staunchly believe in empowering other people as leaders. For example, the Darren and Mike Dream Team always helps all the participants with hands-on guidance on all the different aspects of setting up and successfully running an independent online venture.
Culture of Mutual Respect and Integrity
The same emotion is reflected in how the duo moderates the Darren and Mike Dream Team Facebook community. Darren explains that their clients come from all walks of life and many different backgrounds, and the group makes it clear that everybody present must work to build and sustain a 'culture of mutual respect and integrity.'
Advice for Small and Independent Entrepreneurs
During the interview, Mike Dreher and Darren Ewert also share valuable tips and suggestions for small-scale online entrepreneurs. These include:
- Properly leveraging the power of online marketing
- Always being authentic and upfront about one's business
- Using cutting-edge systems and technologies to reach out to one's audience
- To be always present when your clients or your recruits need you
- Networking with like-minded individuals
- And finally, having a strong online presence
Towards the end of the episode, the duo's advice is that you be present on different social media platforms but also make sure to launch a Facebook community. And once you've done that, stay prepared to be criticized or receive negative reviews, etc.
Sometimes these comments are negative and uncalled for, but often positive criticisms and feedback will also help you better understand the expectations of your followers and will always push you to reach even greater heights, or 'altitudes' if you prefer.
