Academician Nicholas Andronesco Celebrated for Excellence in Physics, Mathematics, Research, and Education

    STAMFORD, CT, March 07, 2023 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Academician Nicholas Andronesco is a distinguished biographee of Marquis Who's Who. Born in Romania, Dr. Andronesco earned a Diploma Graduate of Science in physics from Babes-Bolyai University from Cluj-Napoca. After graduation, being a professor, he found success as an educator, researcher and the author of a multitude of scholarly papers. During this period, Dr. Andronesco frequently presented his papers at the Constanta School Days Conferences in Constanta, Romania, and developed his own innovative methodology for building academic mastery in physics, mathematics, and cybernetics. In late 70's and 80's, Dr. Nicholas Andronesco was physics coach for the Romanian National Physics team for the International Physics Olympiad. In 1981, his students got awarded in this Olympiad in Western Germany. In early 2000s he qualified also semifinals for the USA physics team of the Internatinal Physics Olympiad. Dr. Andronesco also earned a Master of Science in planning, statistics, and cybernetic economics at the Economics Studies Academy in Bucharest, where he also studied the role of artificial intelligence in increasing productivity.

After relocating to the United States, Dr. Andronesco was recruited as a professor of physics by School of Engineering at Fairfield University in Connecticut. He notably excelled as a coach in the Yale Physics Olympics since 1998 before his appointment as a professor at the University of Bridgeport three years later. Dr. Andronesco additionally completed a Doctor of Philosophy at the aforementioned university in 2007 as well as a Master of Science in nanotechnology in physics from Southern Connecticut State University in 2016.

Throughout his career, Dr. Andronesco has contributed more than 1,400 research papers and works to a number of professional journals and presented at conferences and symposiums in multiple European nations, in the U.S. states and Canada. He was invited for scientific conferences in Argentina, Peru, and Japan. In 2012, he published "Cybernetic Atom 2012," which was inspired by Niels Bohr's quantum theory for the hydrogen atom. Four years later, he served as a co-author and translator of a book that has since been nominated for the Nobel prize in literature on several occasions.

Alongside his responsibilities as a professor, Dr. Andronesco has previously contributed to the German Society for Mathematics, Economics and Operations Research with papers as well as to the Vienna Operations Research Congress in 1990. He is also member of the Bilingual Society of Bridgeport Schools. He continues to maintain active affiliations with the Academy of Science, Culture and Arts from Moldova Republic being honorary member and the Physics and Chemistry Society, which is based in Romania. Moreover, on behalf of his own School of Mathematics and Physics, Dr. Andronesco has also spent time as a student preparation coach for the American Regions Mathematics League and as an instructor in physics and mathematics by The Bridge Academy in Bridgeport, Connecticut.

In addition to his wealth of knowledge in his specialty areas, Dr. Andronesco attributes a great deal of his success to the guidance of his many mentors. Prior to studying math and physics in college, he initially intended to become a film director and he still aims to revisit this goal in the coming years. In 1974, he received an award for directing a theatrical production during his tenure at Babes-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca.
