Driven to advance patient-centered medical research, Ms. Armstrong founded Echo Project Management Group in 2015. As the senior director of project management and operations, she recruits people who are willing to share their experiences with rare diseases, health conditions, and mental illnesses. Through her work, she aims to bring humanity back to the medical field. Prior to founding her company, Ms. Armstrong served as the senior project manager for Market Research Dallas, where she worked between 2009 and 2016.
During the early stages of her career, Ms. Armstrong gained valuable expertise in marketing, project coordination, and graphic design with Market Research Dallas, Firestone Communications, and Deiadra's Devine Design's. Likewise, she worked in the television and film industry before turning her attention toward healthcare. Outside of her work, Ms. Armstrong contributes to her community as a volunteer for the homeless shelter, The Stewpot, the American Cancer Society, various Parkinson's disease charities and battered women's shelters, and the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
An expert in her field, Ms. Armstrong holds an associate degree in computer science from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. In order to remain abreast of changes in the field, she aligns herself with the International Association of Women through which she has been featured on a podcast. Throughout her career, she has achieved much, bringing light to Echo Project Management Group in numerous magazines, and being named one of of the Top 10 Entrepreneurs of 2021 through Era Magazine. She will also be featured on The Balancing Act (with Monte Williams as the host) and Inside the Blueprint, which will aim on Lifetime later this year.
While her career has been filled with standout moments, Ms. Armstrong takes the most pride in establishing Echo Project Management Group because of all the outreach she has been able to do since its inception. The cornerstone of her success lay in her honesty, humility, and gratefulness. Looking toward the future, Ms. Armstrong intends to open two franchises of the business in order to reach and provide services to more patients and further improve upon America's healthcare system.
