BERLIN, GERMANY, April 01, 2023 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Epazz, Inc. (OTC Pink: EPAZ), developer of TillerStack suite of Field Service Management solutions, announced that the company recently positioned itself to support a larger, more diverse, global client base. The provider of mission-critical, cloud-based, metaverse-enabled, field workforce management software made the announcement at a live streamed media event from its Berlin HQ.
In his opening remarks to an audience of C-suite executives, business leaders and corporate field service management industry partners and professionals, Epazz Founder, Director and CEO Dr. Shaun Passley, said: "The pandemic has proved that not every field staff expert and technician must be on-site for each situation. With TillerStack's enhanced Metaverse-supported capabilities, a core team can travel anywhere in the world, but receive full support from machine and environment experts, who may be remotely stationed at corporate service centers – the need for extensive travel is all but eliminated!"
According to Dr. Passley, few field service technician software products support this service model today. And, through features built into the TillerStack suite of tools, such as On-Site Remote Assistance (OSRA) capabilities, Epazz is now the global leader in implementing this model.
The event featured a live demonstration of service teams in remote locations, using TillerStack field service automation software, and connected via the Metaverse and Epazz smart data glasses. The presentation showed how the combination of on-site teams, remote expertise, and technology was able to produce high-quality real-time situational assessments, quicker remediation, more accurate proof of work and informational data and reporting.
In his closing remarks, Dr. Passley said: "Epazz's TillerStack field workforce management software and Metaverse-enabled Smart Glasses technology can help service-focused businesses dramatically reduce the number of on-site teams required. Initially popular within the local German field service market, OSRA is now set to expand into other European markets. By connecting on-site technicians to subject-matter experts remotely, and integrating the Epazz smart data glasses to back-office systems, field service engineers now deliver a more efficient level of service.
