Professor Adedoyin Rasaq Hassan (A.K.A 'Doyin Hassan) Lauded for Excellence in Business Education

    KITCHENER, ON, April 27, 2023 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Professor Adedoyin Rasaq Hassan has been included in Marquis Who's Who. Backed by years of business expertise, Dr. Hassan presently excels as a professor of international business management at Conestoga College, through which he tutors and counsels students, evaluates their overall progress, and develops individualized instruction based on student needs. Previously, he was a professor at Conestoga College's School of Business. During the early stages of his career, Dr. Hassan gained valuable expertise in the field as an associate professor of Marketing, assistant professor of Marketing, and director of education for Lagos State University. Similarly, he was the brand manager for ASL Limited between 1995 and 2000. Over the course of five years, he managed the brand, Majok, a powdered and evaporated milk brand worth more than $100 million in Africa.

Alongside his work, Dr. Hassan contributes to his community through the Regeneration Community Kitchen at Grace United Church, Peace House, and The Redeemed Christian Church of God. Likewise, he aligns himself with the Marketing Association in Nigeria. Due to his vast breadth of knowledge, he has authored a number of publications, including "LEAD Global Project on Leadership in Nigeria," "Religious Commitment and Purchase Intention: Evidence from Consumers in Lagos, Nigeria Suburb" and "Projecting the Possible Impacts of the National Empowerment and Development Strategy on Human Development in Nigeria." Throughout his career, Dr. Hassan has also acted in such productions as "Marriage Virus," "Holding On," "Ancient Landmarks," "Patrick Syndrome," "Sango," "Saworoide," Agogo-Eewo," "Strife of Tongues," "Checklist," "Divided Kingdom," "United Church," "The Bus Driver," "Hedge of Protection," Peace the Cornerstone," "Captives of the Mighty," "Wounded Heart" and "Widows: The Mourning After" among many others.

An expert in his field, Dr. Hassan holds a certificate in teaching effectiveness in adult learning from Humber College, Ontario, Canada, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Ogun State University), a Master of Science in Marketing (University of Lagos), and a PhD in Business Administration from Lagos State University. In light of his professional achievements, he received the Best Paper Award from the International Academy of Africa Business and Development at Athabasca University.
