Prior to his current role, Mr. Dey began his career as an associate program manager and senior manager for digital analytics and BI for eClerx Services Limited in India in 2007. He then served as a senior manager for Travelguru.com (a Yatra.com company) in 2012 until taking a role as a senior manager for digital analytics and BI for Airtel in 2013. The following year, he joined Course5i as a solutions and product lead for the digital department, earning a promotion to a senior global client partner in 2017. He subsequently functioned as an analytics and consulting leader with Fractal in 2022.
Outside of his primary career efforts, Mr. Dey lends his expertise as a member to the technical and digital capabilities team of the Bengali Association of North Carolina and works on their technology and site design. He has also been a dedicated volunteer with the Digital Analytics Association since 2014.
Among his professional accomplishments, Mr. Dey is proud to have received recognition during an intercollege ad event from the ICFAI Business School in 2005. He was als named SPM of the Semester with eClerx Services in 2010 and received appreciation for implementing end-to-end campaign tracking as the general manager of online marketing with Airtel Online in 2013. Additionally, he received a Rising Star Award from Course5i in 2016 and was named Rainmaker of the Year in 2018.
Prior to embarking on his professional journey, Mr. Dey earned a Bachelor of Engineering in electronics from Nagpur University in India. Following this achievement, he attained a Master of Business Administration from the ICFAI Business School in India. Well-qualified in his field, he holds executive certifications in digital transformation and artificial intelligence.
Within the coming years, Mr. Dey intends to start his own company, shifting his focus to the food industry with catering or a restaurant business. Accounting for his success in the technology sector, he credits his keen ability to connect easily with clients and customers. He strives to listen carefully to his colleagues as well as his customers, improving his skills and knowledge by taking feedback into consideration consistently.
