Ms. Arif's journey to excellence and notability started early on. While she was still in the final year of her Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs program at Boston University, United Nations Association of Greater Boston sought her out recognizing her potential as a future person of influence. In 2010, Ms. Arif served as a constituent services representative for the Massachusetts State House and worked closely with the then Governor of Massachusetts, Mr. Deval Patrick. The following year, Ms. Arif represented Hagen Resources International of the Geneva Social Observatory, a distinguished international business diplomacy think tank, at ILO, OHCHR, UNHRC, UNCTAD, and WTO.
After concluding her tenure at Hagen Resources International, Ms. Arif took a hiatus to prioritize starting a family. A few years later, Ms. Arif decided to pursue her passion for interior design and enrolled at the New York Institute of Art and Design to acquire a robust educational foundation for her interest in design. This was no easy feat as Ms. Arif was simultaneously raising two young children at the time. Nonetheless, Ms. Arif excelled in the program and graduated with distinction. Subsequently, Overseas Management Group, LLC commissioned Ms. Arif to serve as an interior design consultant for their commercial design undertakings.
Afterward, in 2015, she served as a creative design consultant for the Canadian design company Bano eeMee, and subsequently, in 2017, Ms. Arif decided to establish her own interior design firm, Kirii Design in order to bring her unique and fresh take on interior design directly to her clients.
Ms. Arif's entrepreneurial spirit and astute business acumen are evident from her role as a founding member of AKRU (2018), one of the most promising technology startups in the US.
Whilst raising her young girls, participating in multiple business ventures, Ms. Arif's prominent focus has been on her company Kirii Design. In the pursuit of offering the best design services to her clients, Ms. Arif joined hands with Decorating Den Interiors, a prominent international decorating company, in 2020 thereby establishing Kirii Design Decorating Den Interiors. This new collaboration enabled Ms. Arif in providing her clients with a wide range of decorating services in addition to the excellent interior design services she was already offering.
