Mr. Daley is an experienced personal trainer and coach who became a franchise owner in 2023 when he opened Ace Force One in Medford, Oregon. Having previously spent two years as a personal trainer at another facility, he now enjoys operating his location, managing an online and in-person training team, and providing effective workout programs for clients that maximize results.

Passionate about his work, he has also perfected the art of sculpting and toning the body through proper exercise and nutrition. Becoming intrigued by fitness while coming of age, Mr. Daley taught himself the many benefits of exercise through sports. However, during his senior year of high school, he was hit by a drunk driver and suffered a broken kneecap. The injury resulted in him losing out on several athletic scholarships. He also required surgery and rehabilitation. Eventually, Mr. Daley was able to play ball again before graduating from Waldorf University in Forest City, Iowa, with a bachelor's degree in health promotion and exercise science.
Civically, Mr. Daley had the opportunity to volunteer as a firefighter during college. Giving back to his local community in such a way was very rewarding. Among many rescues, Mr. Daley was involved in a lifesaving event involving rescuing a person from their automobile after a horrific motor vehicle accident.
Looking ahead, Mr. Daley would like to become more involved with the community and help individuals with their mental and physical health.
