Ms. Villareal Garcia began her legal career as a litigator in the private sector working as an associate for an immigration law firm and an insurance defense firm. Driven to remain abreast of changes in the field, she aligns herself with various legal organizations and associations within New York State. An expert in her field, Ms. Villareal Garcia holds a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Stony Brook University, on Long Island, New York, from which she graduated Magna Cum Laude, and a JD from the University of Miami School of Law in Coral Gables, Florida.

In light of her outstanding body of work, Ms. Villareal Garcia graduated Magna Cum Laude from Stony Brook University, through which she was also inducted into Phi Beta Kappa. Though hard work and dedication have brought her far, she credits her success to saying "yes" even when she is in doubt. Looking toward the future, she intends to experience the continued growth and successes of her career.
