In this capacity, he teaches software information technology courses to software IT organizations, IT Consulting companies, banks, insurance companies, and government technology contractors, and is responsible for programming, cloud computing, applications development, training, and mentoring and consulting services. Prior to this role, Mr. Saravanan was active as a senior systems analyst and the vice president of Saras America from 1999 until 2005.
Mr. Saravanan initially began his career working as the physics and applied electronics teaching assistant at the National Institute of Technology in Tiruchirappalli, India from 1987 to 1989. Following this post, he excelled as an electronics and physics lecturer at the Sri Kumaran Children's Home Composite Junior College, while concurrently serving as a physics lecturer at the Bangalore Academy for Specialized Education in Bengaluru, India from 1993 until 1995. Between 1995 and 1999, Mr. Saravanan garnered expertise as a graduate research and teaching assistant at Louisiana Tech University.
Prior to embarking on his professional journey, Mr. Saravanan pursued an education at the Bharathidasan University, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science in physics in 1985. He continued his academic efforts at the National Institute of Technology in Tiruchirappalli, earning a Master of Science in applied electronics in 1987, followed by a master's degree in technology and materials science from the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur in 1991.
Mr. Saravanan gained 2 years of research training experience as a Doctor of Philosophy in instrumentation student from the Indian Institute of Science in 1993, and 4 years of research training experience in Applied Computational Modeling and Analysis and Biomedical Engineering at the Louisiana Tech University by Feb 1999. Likewise dedicated to civic advocacy, Mr. Saravanan contributed to the Saras Tsunami Relief Fund, and the Children's Hospital of Michigan. Mr. Saravanan contributes to Feeding America, RIP Medical Debt, UNICEF, and The American National Red Cross.
Among his professional accomplishments, Mr. Saravanan is most proud to have trained over 10,000 students in his specialty in North America within two decades.
