In this capacity, he is responsible for providing consultations to large companies on their digital strategies, software engineering and applications, automation processes and efficiencies, and emerging technologies. In 2023, Ryan joined as a Principal Consultant – Digital Engineering Americas with ISG, a global technology research and advisory firm. He is currently involved with clients through the Strategy Realization Office and contributes to the internal ISG research team focused on emerging technologies and innovations such as Enterprise AI, Web 3, Edge, and Quantum Computing.
Prior to this role, Mr. Hamze was active as a regional project manager at CNH Industrial between 2015 and 2023, where he led large-scale enterprise system implementations in ERP, MES, CRM, SCADA, BI, Chatbots, Oracle Java Ruleset, Facilities & Asset Management software and Service Desk Management.
From 2012 to 2014, Mr. Hamze served as an Information Technology Operations Manager, overseeing the digital transformation initiatives at Nutrition and Diet Center KSA across more than 100 locations. He implemented ERP systems, SCADA, HR Biometrics, GPS Fleet Tracking, Data Center Disaster Recovery, and other core competency systems that facilitated business enhancements.
In the early stages, 2004 through 2012, Mr. Hamze embarked on his career as an IT technology consultant. During this time, he also held concurrent roles as a social media consultant, co-founder of The Dream Matcher, System Administrator, and information technology officer at Maatouk Factories.
Mr. Hamze pursued an education at the Arts, Sciences and Technology University, also known as AUL University in Lebanon, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Communications in 2009. A decade later, he continued his academic efforts at Western Governors University, earning a Master of Science in Information Technology Management in 2020 just as the COVID-19 pandemic hit. As a commitment to his field, he has been certified as a project management professional (PMP-PMI), a Six-Sigma Lean Green Belt practitioner, a Certified Ethics Associate (IT), a Certified Social Media Manager, and a slew of other IT diplomas and IoT cybersecurity certifications. Additionally, he has been active with several industry-related organizations, including the International Webmasters Association and the International Bloggers' Association, and has been inducted into several honor societies such as The National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS), Order of the Sword (Omicron Sigma Sigma), and the Golden Key International Honour Society. Likewise dedicated to civic advocacy, Mr. Hamze has contributed as a community volunteer to CAUX Initiatives of Change Switzerland, Aabey's Youth Dream Out Loud AYDOL, Habitat for Humanity International, and serves as a WGU Alumni Ambassador along with mentorship roles for the WGU Night Owl Network.
Well-regarded for his contributions to the field, Mr. Hamze has received multiple awards, including the Arab America Foundation's 40 Under 40 Leaders award and the Wichita Business Journal's 2022 Innovations Award. Among his professional accomplishments, he is most proud to have designed the Modular Hydroponic IoT, which is a rapid-deployment farming shipping container that includes water filtration system and solar panels that can be supplied to famine, disaster and or drought-stricken regions to provide short-term shelter, fish and produce. Reflecting on his career, he attributes much of his success to his drive to contribute to society. Looking toward the future, Mr. Hamze aspires to expand the scope of his startup to continually impact humanity and the environment via a social circle of individuals dedicated to helping one another out.
