In 2016, after 20 years in clinical practice, Ms. Thatcher Bullard transitioned to primarily focusing on business management and development.
Prior to her entrepreneurial endeavor, Ms. Thatcher Bullard worked as a physical therapist for Focus Physical Therapy from 2002 to 2009 and for St. Luke's Hospital from 1996 to 2002. From 1991 to 1993, she studied on a pre-professional tract at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas before being accepted to the physical therapy program at Loma Linda University in 1993. There she achieved a Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences and a Master of Physical Therapy in 1996.
As a physical therapist, Ms. Thatcher Bullard is most proud of being deeply rooted in the community where she is raising her children. Over the years, she has cultivated genuine relationships with people in her community and has made a real difference in the quality of their lives. She feels proud to have molded a career in which she could help people while touching upon her early interests in athletics and medicine.
Ms. Thatcher Bullard's greatest supporter and encourager is her husband, Matt Bullard. She is also grateful to Jessica Gradhandt, for their shared vision in starting a strategic alliance between Thrive Physical Therapy and Jessica's business, Thrive Pilates. All professional and personal decisions that Ms. Thatcher Bullard makes are guided by her purpose and passion which is raising her children, Oliver and Bibi.
Fueled by her belief that movement is the key to optimal health and wellness, Ms. Thatcher Bullard looks forward to stepping out of the day-to-day of the business and to cultivate a space to thrive for the next generation of great physical therapists. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, mountain biking, hiking, and Nordic and alpine skiing. She practices yoga, barre and Pilates as part of her weekly routine, and she loves to travel and explore wild and remote places with her family.
