As the co-owner and managing partner at Diamondback Electrical Services since 2020, Mr. Stanush has focused on providing superior electrical services to the commercial and industrial sectors. As an electrical contractor, Mr. Stanush also provides wastewater, commercial, and industrial electrical services and water solutions for the industrial sector. Based in La Vernia Texas, just outside San Antonio, Diamondback is locally owned and operated, Serving not only the surrounding counties but also across the state of Texas. Mr. Stanush has started the process of being licensed in multiple states.
Since the company's inception, Mr. Stanush and his two business partners have grown their team to more than 30 employees. He notes his strong connections with a vast group of contractors and other industry professionals are crucial to his success, as well as his hard work and passion for the industry and ability to provide valuable insight and guidance regarding feasibility and strategic planning.
Mr. Stanush previously garnered success with a local industrial and wastewater company as both a foreman and project manager. He also served as a firefighter, a role he truly enjoyed, but he ultimately decided to return to the electrical services industry. He is heavily engaged in civic, nonprofit, and religious initiatives, serving as a volunteer firefighter for 10 years. He has also been active in ACTS retreats with Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church in New Braunfels.
In preparation for his career, Mr. Stanush studied at Rowan University, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Construction Management in 2020. Well-qualified in his industry, he received credentials as a master electrician in Nebraska, Colorado, and Texas and as an electrical contractor through the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation and now the State of Colorado. He also received a 30-hour certification through the Occupational Safety and Health Administration and was previously licensed as a journeyman electrician and emergency medical technician. Looking toward the future, Mr. Stanush aspires to earn a Master of Business Administration in Construction Management from Texas A&M.
Active in his professional community to remain abreast of industry trends, Mr. Stanush is a member of the Independent Electrical Contractors.
Outside of his many business and non-profit organization commitments, Mr. Stanush most looks forward to family time. He has been married to his supporting wife, Megan Stanush, for five years and they share a two-year-old son.
