Shanelle Gray was born Shanelle Workman in Fairfax Virginia. As a young girl Shanelle landed a role in the Original Broadway production of Les Miserables as Young Cosette. After New York City, she moved to Los Angeles to lead the ABC Pilot Howie and Rose in the title character Rose with Howie Mandel. As an actress she had recurring roles on Grey's Anatomy, Cory in the house on Disney Channel and series regular roles on Soap Operas One life to Live and The Bold & the Beautiful. At 25 the inner entrepreneur also opened an acting studio called Act 4 Reel. This became one of LA's leading Performing Arts Studios and later took the name Gray Studios after marrying her first husband. After producing over 180 short films, a couple of award winning, Shanelle was itching for a new career.

Managing made sense. She tried to work at a few companies to get the lay of the land but once she started managing with her contacts from her own 30 year career, agency relationships, casting director connections and close client relationships and client trust-Complete Management Group was formed. Now, it soars.

Shanelle has two daughters with ex-husband that are successful actresses, Skylar Gray "Evil" on Paramount Plus and Parker Gray singer and actress. She comes from a family of actors including sister Ariel Winter (Modern Family), and brother Jimmy Workman (Addams Family). She is married now to musician, songwriter & entrepreneur Micah Faulkner.
