RACHEL BOEHM COACHING & CONSULTING LLC TO HOST FREE COMMUNITY HEALTH FAIR TO SUPPORT NOVA RESIDENTS DURING THE SEASON'S HUSTLE & BUSTLE

    ARLINGTON, VA, November 13, 2023 /24-7PressRelease/ -- In celebration of its one-year anniversary, Rachel Boehm Coaching & Consulting LLC will host a free community health fair on Saturday, December 9th from 9am to 12:30pm at Audrey Moore Rec Center located at 8100 Braddock Rd., Annandale, Virginia, 22003.

The fair is open to all Northern Virginia residents and will offer a variety of health and fitness screenings and tips from local small businesses and health organizations coming in from areas including Alexandria, Annandale, Ballston, Fairfax, Falls Church, Pentagon City, Reston, and Tysons.

Attendees will benefit from onsite experiences such as:

•mini-workouts,
•mini-meditations,
•body composition testing,
•CPR education,
•and more!

"The holiday season in particular can be a source of stress, overwhelm, and even loneliness for many people," said Rachel Boehm, founder of the burnout prevention program BS On Burnout®. "Coupled with added pressure for looking and feeling good, and setting New Year's Resolutions, so I wanted to offer a free health fair to give people the resources they might need to stay healthy mentally, physically, and financially through the season and beyond."

Complimentary coffee from Northside Social courtesy of Searle Business Solutions, LLC will be available for attendees at the start of the fair until supplies run out.

The fair will also feature educational booths with information on health topics, such as:
