Mr. Miranda is a servant leader, veteran, entrepreneur, philanthropist, and business owner with a proven success record in domestic and international affairs, legislative advocacy, cross-functional leadership development, business development, and crisis management. Serving as the Deputy Senior Director of Operational Business Development for Endeavors, a Texas-based nonprofit organization who passionately serves vulnerable people in crisis through comprehensive, effective, and innovative services that empower them to build better lives for themselves, their families, and their communities, Mr. Miranda is responsible for ensuring the success of the development, implementation, operation, and expansion of Endeavors' lines of service. He holds an exceptional record of success collaborating with state, local, and national partners. This role allows him to utilize his strengths in business development and relationship-building as he creates and maintains strategic partnerships to promote Endeavors and seek support for the expansion of programs to serve vulnerable populations.

Mr. Miranda boasts extensive academic accomplishments. He earned an Associate of Applied Science in criminal justice from the Community College of the Air Force in 1998 before completing a Bachelor of Science in occupational education, human services and criminal justice from Wayland Baptist University in 2001. He subsequently pursued graduate studies at Walden University to secure a Master of Education in educational leadership and administration in 2008, and in 2009, Mr. Miranda finished a second Associate of Applied Science in military technologies and applied sciences at the Community College of the Air Force.

Mr. Miranda is also the owner of Cross-Cultural Leadership Development and co-owner and Chief Operating Officer of Doctor Bins, both Veteran Owned Businesses. Possessing a diverse skill set acquired over his 24 years of military service, Mr. Miranda is skilled in leading and managing multidisciplinary and complex institutions. Before his employment with Endeavors, he experienced a successful career in the United States Air Force, where he rose to the Air Force's highest rank of Chief Master Sergeant and held various executive leadership roles to include Command Chief Master Sergeant, Chief of Police, Chief of Force Protection, and Director of Education for Professional Military Education. Mr. Miranda deployed in support of Operations ENDURING FREEDOM, IRAQI FREEDOM, NEW DAWN, and UNIFIED RESPONSE, as well as to multiple counter-drug operations in Latin America.

Diverse industry credentials further define Mr. Miranda's professional profile. Since 2020, he has managed concurrent roles as a Commissioner with the Texas Military Preparedness Commission appointed by the Texas Governor, and since 2018, he has been a Senior Associate with the Leadership Development Network. A commitment to leadership, education, and mentorship has also proven foundational to his service profile and includes a role as an adjunct instructor with the National Institute of Technology from 2000 to 2001. He also taught on the faculty of Central Texas College between 2004 and 2005 and rejoined the institution at the rank of adjunct instructor from 2011 to 2012, and from 2005 through 2008, Mr. Miranda excelled as the director of education for the Inter-American Air Forces Academy's Non-Commission Officer Academy, United States Air Force.

Civic service is a vital component of Mr. Miranda's presence in the community, and he proudly served as the Chairman of the Board for the El Paso County Veterans Advisory Board from 2019 to 2021. A select list of other critical positions includes Board Member for the El Paso Coalition for the Homeless with the El Paso Continuum of Care from 2019 through 2023, Co-Chair of the Military and Veteran Advisory Committee with the El Paso Chamber of Commerce between 2020 and 2022. Mr. Miranda also currently holds a sustained role as the Co-Chair of the Community Veterans Engagement Board and is a member of the Family Leadership Council of the El Paso Behavioral Health Consortium. He is also a lifetime member of the Disabled American Veterans and the Air Force Sergeants Associations. Mr. Miranda also provided expertise information in Op-Eds in collaboration with the George W. Various certifications demonstrate the intensity of Mr. Miranda's professional determination. He holds a teaching practicum certification from the United States Air Force and the Undergraduate Terrorism Studies Certification from the American Military University. As evidence of his persistent effort to refine his teaching skills, he also reached the rank of Instructor Level II with the Community College of the Air Force and was recognized as a Master Instructor with the United States Air Force. Additionally, Mr. Miranda holds certification as a Resilience-Building Leadership Professional-Trainer, granted to him through the Resilience-Building Leader Program in 2020.

Numerous accolades have marked the career highlights of Mr. Miranda thus far. He was awarded numerous leadership awards in the United States Air Forces to include Air Force Instructor of the Year, Wing Airman of the Year, Group Noncommissioned Officer of the Year, and various Professional Military Education Leadership Awards. In 2008, the United States Air Force presented him with the Military Outstanding Service Volunteer Award, and in 2016, he was awarded the prestigious Legion of Merit Award from the System of Cooperation Among the American Air Forces and in 2017 the Legion of Merit Award from the United States Air Force. Additionally, in 2022, Mr. Miranda was selected to participate as a Scholar in the George W. Bush Institute's Stand-To Veteran Leadership Program where he was chosen among other celebrated business and community leaders across the United States.

Mr. Miranda credits an abiding faith for his success thus far, and he recognizes his wife, Gaby, as the leader of a positive, productive support system. He is humbled by his roles as a husband and a father and by his proven ability to succeed across diverse platforms and in varying capacities. Looking toward the future, Mr. Miranda aims to continually support Endeavors and his community in service to vulnerable populations. Through his distinct positions and credibility, Mr. Miranda also aims to remain engaged in collaborative dialogue toward productive legislative efforts, such as his direct involvement to pass Texas Senate Bill 544 to afford a pathway for veterans to attain a public Texas teacher certification and to encourage the installation of effective policies supporting vulnerable populations.
