NOVA RESIDENTS CAN ACCESS FREE WORKOUTS, SCREENINGS, AND ACCESS TO MEDICAL AND WELLNESS PROVIDERS AT FREE COMMUNITY HEALTH FAIR DEC 9TH

    ARLINGTON, VA, November 27, 2023 /24-7PressRelease/ -- The mini-workout schedule for the Holiday Health Fest 2023 is now available, as is the full lineup of leading local medical and wellness providers who will be on hand to support NOVA residents during the holiday hustle and bustle and help them jump-start their January.

The December 9th initiative will be held from 9am to 12:30pm at Audrey Moore Rec Center, located at 8100 Braddock Rd., Annandale, Virginia, 22003. The fair is open to all Northern Virginia residents and will offer: health and fitness screenings, mini-workouts, body composition testing, CPR education, and access to mental health providers, massage therapists, financial advisors, insurance providers, dental and eye doctors, and more.

Early attendees will also enjoy complimentary coffee from Northside Social, snacks, and premium reusable totes courtesy of supporting sponsors.

Boehm is organizing The Holiday Health Fest 2023 in celebration of her business' one-year anniversary.
